Is the FSBuy spreadsheet Excel?
Short answer: usually no. In this niche, “spreadsheet” means a searchable finds index — photos, categories, prices — not a .xlsx you download and freeze. This desk never takes your card.
Name stuck. Format moved on.
Early communities shared Google Sheets of Weidian links. Shoppers kept saying “spreadsheet” after sites became live catalogs. When you search “FSBuy spreadsheet Excel” or “download FSBuy sheet,” you are usually looking for that catalog — or for a misunderstanding that a file export is safer than a live page.
A frozen export goes stale: prices move, sellers delist, QC context disappears. Prefer the live FSBuy spreadsheet desk, keep a tiny personal shortlist (3–5 rows), and re-open listings the morning you pay on fsbuy.com.
Excel / Sheet vs live index
Use the format that matches the job.
| Job | Live index (this desk) | Excel / Google Sheet |
|---|---|---|
| Browse finds with photos | Strong | Weak / heavy |
| Filter by category | Strong | Manual filters |
| Personal decision notes | Use a tiny shortlist | Fine for your own 3–5 rows |
| Fresh prices & links | Re-open live listing | Goes stale fast |
| Payment / warehouse | Soft path to fsbuy.com | Not checkout |
If you still want a personal sheet
Copy only shortlisted rows into your own notes with the fields from the how-to guide: link, price band, keep-reason, risk, QC ask, status. Do not mirror the entire catalog — that is how sheets become graveyards.

Excel vs spreadsheet FAQ
For people who typed Excel, Google Sheet, or download into the search box.
Is the FSBuy spreadsheet a downloadable Excel file?
Usually no. “Spreadsheet” in this niche means a live finds index of Weidian / Taobao / 1688 rows — not a frozen .xlsx and not a community Google Sheet you download once.
Can I export this site to Excel?
This hub is a research desk in the browser. Exporting a static sheet freezes prices and kills link freshness. Keep shortlists light (3–5 rows) and re-open live listings the morning you pay.
Why do people still call it a spreadsheet?
Habit from early Google Sheets of W2C links. Modern “FSBuy spreadsheet” pages are searchable catalogs with photos, categories and soft paths into an agent — the name stuck, the format changed.
Use the live spreadsheet desk
Photos, chips and search beat a frozen download. Pay only on fsbuy.com.
